We will be working to merge and link the websites but in the meantime work resulting from the previous workstreams of Capital Ambition can be found on this site; efficiency projects and communications will continue on www.lcpe.gov.uk and the e-government work on www.londonconnects.gov.uk

The Capital Ambition partnership was originally established in January 2006 by the thirty three London boroughs, London Councils, the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA) to drive up standards and ensure that London is a better place in which to live and work.

The vision behind Capital Ambition is to ensure that London’s public services become leaders for innovation, fairness, relevance, efficiency and effectiveness.
